Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has won the polling unit of a former governor of the state, Senator Rasidi Adewolu Ladoja. Makinde, who is seeking a second term on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, scored 98 votes to defeat other candidates.
