Food bank programme to be converted to Basic income grant

Staff Reporter THE Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Dr. Peya Mushelenga has announced a recent cabinet directive which will see the transition of the Food Bank Programme to a Conditional Basic Income Grant (CBIG) cash transfer amounting N$ 600 per household.
