Informante - Maria David SWAPO Party Youth League (SPYL) Secretary Ephraim Nekongo has demanded the mother body to consider the youth for high-profile positions of leadership. Nekongo made the demand during the SPYL central committee meeting held at Ongwediva in the Oshana Region on Friday.
