Lilongwe Principal Resident Magistrate Roderick Michongwe has reserved bail ruling to today, Friday for Norman Chisale, former bodyguard for former President Peter Mutharika. This was after Chisale had pleaded not guilty on Thursday to all four counts levelled against him.
